Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of honesthomepro.com and any services we offer through it (together, the "Site"). "Honest Home Pro," "we," "us," and "our" mean Two Fold Digital LLC, the company that operates the Site. By using the Site or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What we do
Honest Home Pro helps homeowners find and hire home repair and improvement professionals. When you request a quote, we review your request and may connect you with a contractor who performs that type of work in your area. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor who performs it, unless we state otherwise in writing. Quotes, estimates, and timelines are not final until agreed in writing.
2. Who can use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit a request. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
3. Information you give us
You agree that the information you submit, including your name, phone number, email address, and project details, is accurate and belongs to you. Do not submit a request using someone else's contact information.
4. Email messages
If you check the email consent box on our forms, you agree to receive emails from Honest Home Pro about your request, such as quote details, scheduling, and follow-ups, as well as occasional newsletters and offers.
- Opting out: Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at info@honesthomepro.com and ask to be removed. We will process opt-out requests within 10 business days.
- Service emails: Even after you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send emails directly about a job you have requested or scheduled.
- Not required: Agreeing to receive emails is not a condition of requesting a quote or buying any service.
5. Text messages (SMS)
Program: Honest Home Pro customer and promotional messages.
If you check the text message consent box on our forms, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Honest Home Pro at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include quote updates, appointment reminders, and promotional offers, and may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; we will send one message confirming you have opted out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (772) 276-0020 or info@honesthomepro.com.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Phone calls
By submitting a quote request with your phone number, you agree that we, or the contractor we connect you with, may call you about that request. You can ask us to stop calling at any time.
7. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- break any law or use the Site for fraud;
- submit false, misleading, or someone else's information;
- harass, threaten, or abuse anyone, including our staff and contractors;
- upload viruses or harmful code, or try to access parts of the Site you are not authorized to use;
- use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to copy or collect content from the Site.
We may limit or end access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.
8. Our content
The Honest Home Pro name, logo, text, and design on the Site belong to us. You may view and share pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy or reuse them for another business without our written permission.
9. Contractors and third parties
Contractors we connect you with are independent businesses, not our employees. We take reasonable steps to check licensing and insurance, but we do not guarantee any contractor's work. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the Site, including that it will be error-free or always available. Information on the Site is general and is not professional engineering, legal, or financial advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Honest Home Pro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Changes will not apply retroactively to consent you have already given or withdrawn.
