1. What you will receive
Honest Home Pro Alerts sends recurring text messages about home repair and improvement services. Messages may include quote updates, appointment reminders, follow-ups on your request, and promotional offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
2. How you join
You join by checking the text message consent box on the quote request form at honesthomepro.com and submitting the form with your mobile number. Joining is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
3. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your request and our offers. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Honest Home Pro does not charge for text messages.
4. How to stop
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You can also reply END, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. You will receive one final text confirming you have been removed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
5. How to get help
Reply HELP to any message from us for help, call (772) 276-0020, or email info@honesthomepro.com. Support is available Monday through Friday, 10am to 2pm Eastern.
6. Carriers
The program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and messages may be affected by your coverage or carrier.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or cancel your number, please text STOP from it first so the new owner does not receive our messages.
8. Privacy
We use your mobile number only to run this program and serve your request. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except service providers that deliver messages for us. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Other terms
These Mobile Terms are part of our Terms of Service, including its governing law section. We may change these Mobile Terms or end the program at any time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do.
